Excellent summation and skillful rebuttal of all the arguments in this case. I tip my hat to the Somerset Crossing HOA and their lawyers for this unemotional yet overwhelmingly factual presentation that can be applied to any of the routes that Dominion proposed to alarm us and attempted to overpower us. Let’s all stand together with Somerset Crossing HOA and trust that the SCC will reconsider its interim ruling.

The proposed route is totally unacceptable. I bought the property along the proposed route for its beauty and potential resale. I do not want power lines visible in my back yard. Please reconsider the I66 hybrid route and bury those power lines and have Amazon pay for it and not the community.

It is sad to see many politicians in the back pocket of big-money Amazon. Cleary…unambiguously…this power line is solely for a single customer and we should not lost our property values as a result.

I spoke with a Dominion representative regarding how they were literally stealing the money from homeowners to build this power line and his response was shrugged shoulders and “Oh well…we only care about our shareholders’ profits”. This is unacceptable.
