As you might be aware, on December 11, 2015, the Virginia State Corporation Commission (SCC) issued the procedural schedule that Dominion’s Haymarket project (case number PUE-2015-00107) will follow.
The following are the key dates and developments related to the SCC review timeline – for a full listing of motions, rulings and other related documents, please refer to the SCC docket for this case.
December 11, 2015 – The SCC issued an Order for Notice and Public Hearing which sets the procedural schedule for this case
February 24, 2016 – Public Hearing: Two sessions – 4:30pm and 7:00pm, Battlefield High School Auditorium, 15000 Graduation Drive, Haymarket, VA.
March 14, 2016 – Public Hearing: Two sessions – 4:30pm and 7:00pm, Battlefield High School Auditorium, 15000 Graduation Drive, Haymarket, VA.
